The Cleanroom Technology conference 2020 will focus on the latest trends and best practice in cleanroom operation and design
From the 2-3 June 2020 the fourth edition of the Cleanroom Technology Conference will take place at the National Conference Centre, Birmingham.
The unique focus of the conference will be critical to cleanroom operations offering practical guidance on executing a successful cleanroom facility - from design, testing and validation, to the equipment and cleanroom operators.
The conference will host a range of relevant topics and key areas for delegates to shape and improve their cleanrooms for 2020 and beyond.
During the two-day event delegates will be presented with the latest regulations, developments and concepts in the cleanroom and contamination control industry from a range of topics including sterility testing, HVAC and energy, cleanroom design and much more.
All topics will be in the form of presentations with further opportunities to network with industry peers and meet the exhibitors during the breakout sessions.
The event will feature over 70 exhibitors
The conference will welcome new and old faces to the stage as pioneers in the industry and will share their expertise and answer your burning questions, Gordon Farquharson and Tim Triggs once again chairing the event.
During the first day of the event the conference will focus on sterilisation and sterile manufacture, where Karen Rossington, marketing director for Contec will be discussing disinfectant residues. Followed by Jim Polarine, technical service specialist at STERIS who will delve into the often disputed debate regarding disinfectant validation. Dr Alicia Henn, chief scientific officer at BioSpherix will follow, discussing sterility through the use of the Xvivo System to combat microbial risks and support the needs of cells.
The second day will explore cleanroom design and operation, featuring the director of Validair Stephen Ward, who will expand on the critical aspects of cleanroom operations; commissioning and validation of clean air technologies supported by AAF’s global vice president Sean O’Reilly, who too will discuss air filtration optimization for a cleaner environment.
Camfil’s European manager, Alan Sweeny, will be returning to the event to discuss advances in HEPA and advise delegates how they can stay inline. In addition, David Keen, Microbiology Consultant at Ecolab will return to present the current hot topic: “designing the world's best disinfectant.” His presentation addressing the difficulties of trying to find a disinfectant required to meet today's conflicting priorities in the cleanroom.
