The company has been working across the UK and Luxembourg while simultaneously assisting a UK client with an American cleanroom enquiry

Connect 2 Cleanrooms has shared an update on its design and build projects from February. The cleanroom provider has been working with two companies in Luxembourg with similar requirements, but different budgets.

“The photonics specialist SME and the all-cargo airline both need to control humidity to protect the integrity of sensitive materials,” the company says. “But where the photonics specialist will be using monitoring equipment to manually record parameters and adjust controls, the airline has opted for automated control through our ECO cleanroom control system for its composite layering process—with full monitoring system integration with its BMS.”

The firm is also building a cleanroom in the UK for a global aircraft engine provider, which will be production environment for engine repairs.

Modular cleanrooms, which the company offers, can be extended as demand grows. In February alone, the company worked on three extensions. Companies in global life sciences, medical device sub-contract manufacturing, and supplement manufacturing have all chosen the company to help expand their clean production space.

As part of the Angstrom Group of Companies, C2C has also been able to support existing UK clients with an American cleanroom enquiries.

Finally, the company has begun a large-scale cleanroom project in the North East of the UK, as part of an initiative which aims to develop and improve the nation’s supply chains for power electronics, machines and drives.
