Modular Devices, an expert in mobile imaging and cleanroom solutions, has announced a pivotal leadership transition as Greg Mink steps down as CEO, passing the baton to Mark Koers, effective January 1, 2024.
This move follows a carefully planned succession strategy laid out since the involvement of O2 Investment Partners in 2021.

He highlighted the impact of Modular’s products on various industries, showcasing the company’s evolution from providing mobile cath lab services to becoming an influential brand. Mink will continue to contribute strategically as an active member of the Board of Directors and the largest shareholder.
