MicroCare, experts in critical cleaning, coating and lubricating chemistries, has announced the appointment of a new Director of Manufacturing to oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing group.
Brian Donnelly is an exceptionally experienced production specialist, with a proven track record in the sector having spent his 20-year career across several manufacturing industries. These include consumer beverages, tire manufacturing, magnet wire / nonferrous metals and most recently overseeing high volume latex processing. He has led large teams in all aspects of manufacturing where he has worked to improve effectiveness and employee engagement.
The newly established position of Director of Manufacturing will see Donnelly lead multiple manufacturing teams located across several MicroCare facilities. He will ensure colleagues successfully meet the goals for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
As a highly motivated professional with a desire to bring his expertise in manufacturing operations to the company, Donnelly is looking forward to his future at MicroCare.

Another important responsibility for Donnelly is to focus on the professional development of MicroCare manufacturing Technicians, Specialists, Leads, and Supervisors to encourage career growth.
With experience in driving operational excellence through advanced production process techniques including Lean and Six Sigma, Donnelly will play an active role in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within all manufacturing facilities at MicroCare.
Donnelly earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and is certified as a Green Belt in Six Sigma.
