ISPE appoints European Regulatory Affairs Advisor

Bryan Wright takes up role on 1 April

Bryan Wright will join the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) as European Regulatory Affairs Advisor, effective 1 April.

He will take over from John Berridge, who will now turn his full attention to his role as project manager for the Society’s PQLI Initiative, as well as other strategic projects for ISPE.

Wright will act as liaison between ISPE and European regulatory authorities to help expand relationships between regulatory bodies and ISPE, shape ISPE educational offerings, and keep members informed about relevant regulatory developments originating from European regulatory authorities. He joins Bob Tribe, Asia-Pacific Regulatory Affairs Advisor, on ISPE’s Regulatory Affiars team.

Wright joins ISPE after taking early retirement from the UK’s MHRA. He joined the agency as an inspector in 1989 and for the last five years has been group manager for the GMP and GDP Inspectorate.
