Arcadis has finalised its acquisition of Germany-based KUA Group, marking a significant step in strengthening its position within the rapidly growing European data centre market.
Arcadis is a global design, engineering, and consultancy business focused on delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions, based in Amsterdam.
The deal, initially announced last month, brings together Arcadis’ global expertise in site selection, programme and cost management, and sustainability consultancy with KUA’s specialist capabilities in architecture, design, engineering, and general planning for complex data centre projects.
With Germany now established as the second-largest data centre market in Europe, this strategic acquisition positions Arcadis to capitalise on increasing demand in the region.

The combined team of over 400 data centre specialists will enable Arcadis to offer an enhanced, integrated service proposition tailored to meet the evolving technical, operational, and sustainability needs of the sector.
