Telstar’s centre in China has expanded its production capacity with a move to a new premises in the district of Lingang, in Shanghai.
The move is to a large modern facility that enables it to support an increasing global customer base.
Telstar’s new premises
The new modern industrial site has a total surface area of 5,200 sqm with more than 80% of the space is intended for a production workshop.
Telstar’s centre in China supplies freeze-drying equipment integrated with automatic loading and unloading systems for the international life sciences market and particularly for the Asia-Pacific region’s pharmaceutical sector.
The Telstar brand is now represented in Asia-Pacific region by three specialised production plants and engineering centres in China, Bangladesh, and India.
In addition, Telstar is also dedicated to the development of equipment for laboratories, as well as offering a support service in the development & improvement of recipes and test samples before the production process.
The China branch also provides local assistance to its customers in the Asia-Pacific region.
