Integrated Cleanroom Technologies wins contract for animal vaccine facility

The India-based company has won the contract that includes HVAC, modular partitions, and MEP installations, including BSL-3 and cleanroom areas

Integrated Cleanroom Technologies has secured a contract from the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB).

The contract covers the development of a cleanroom and HVAC infrastructure at an animal vaccine facility operated by Indian Immunologicals in Karkapatla, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. 

Integrated Cleanroom Technologies is an India-based specialist in the design and construction of cleanroom infrastructure, modular cleanroom solutions, and associated controlled environment systems for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare sectors.

Indian Immunologicals is a subsidiary of the National Dairy Development Board, and is a vaccine manufacturer based in India, supplying human and animal vaccines domestically and internationally. 

This project includes facilities classified to Biosafety Level 3 (BSL-3) standards

The scope of the contract encompasses the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and validation of HVAC systems, modular partitions, and associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works. 

This includes facilities classified to Biosafety Level 3 (BSL-3) standards, as well as cleanroom areas for the Drug Substance (DS) Block of the animal vaccine facility.

The contract is valued at INR 79.87 crore (approximately £7.m) and is scheduled for completion within eight months.
