CWS Cleanrooms acquires GOREX and expands market position in cleanroom cleaning within the DACH region
The acquisition is another milestone in the implementation of CWS Cleanrooms' growth strategy
CWS Cleanrooms, a company of the CWS Group, has acquired GOREX Gebäudemanagement GmbH with effect from July 1, 2022. GOREX is a company specialising in cleanroom and laboratory cleaning and complements the existing range of CWS Cleanrooms in the field of cleanroom cleaning, especially in southern Germany.
"The acquisition is another milestone in the implementation of CWS Cleanrooms' growth strategy. It will allow us to further expand the cleanroom cleaning business, close local gaps and thus further complete our full-service offering consisting of garments, training, consumables and on-site service," says Markus Schad, Managing Director CWS Cleanrooms.
Wolfgang Tolzin, Director CWS Cleanrooms Cleaning, adds: "Overall, the acquisition not only ideally rounds off the regional presence of CWS Cleanrooms in Germany, but also enables stronger European expansion into Austria and Southeastern Europe. In addition, we can now also offer specialised and scalable service offerings for laboratories and further expand our service portfolio."
