CWS Cleanrooms, the CWS Group company specialising in cleanroom services, offers with the CleanroomAcademy training courses on all aspects of cleanroom work. With the CleanroomAcademy Online, training courses are now offered in a digital learning portal. The advantage for course participants is easy access via the web application, no need to travel to the training location and the carefully prepared content of various modules for safe work in the cleanroom. This is yet another company in the CWS Group to offer digital training. Group-wide, the digital training offer for specific customer groups is being reviewed and expanded.
Highest service quality and comprehensive training
"Especially in the last year, it has become apparent that flexible and digital learning offers great added value, as information and media use behaviour has changed a lot. Today, our customer can decide whether they prefer to attend an on-site training or a flexible online training. We are there where our customers need us," says Markus Schad, Regional Managing Director CWS Healthcare and Cleanrooms.
Modern training concept
With the new online platform, training can be completed digitally, independent of time and self-determined. Knowledge is conveyed via easy-to-understand videos, animations and infographics. Interactive exercises consolidate what has been learned and is tested at the end of each module. If all modules are successfully completed, a certificate of participation is issued. The learning portal is available for 6 months after activation, so the content can be completed at any time and in any order.
Efficiency and transparency also for the HR department
The online training courses can be booked by individual participants of a company or, especially for larger companies, collectively via the HR department. Here, there is the possibility of providing the entire team with access in an uncomplicated manner. "This offer is particularly interesting for HR departments that want to be 100 per cent DSGVO-compliant and also work efficiently," says Melanie Jahn, Head of Training and Coachingat the CleanroomAcademy. For this purpose, the CleanroomAcademyOnline provides HR departments with their own HR reporting tool with role and rights configurations, with which the administration of courses, but also the import of employee data and reports on progress are easily possible.
In cooperation with Papagei digital learning Solutions, an expert in the digital preparation of teaching and learning content, the CleanroomAcademy Online was set up. Currently, the course "Behaviour in the Cleanroom" consisting of five modules is offered in German. Further language versions as well as a GMP basic training and a GMP extension course will follow.
