Cherwell Laboratories, specialist supplier of environmental monitoring (EM) and process validation solutions for the pharmaceutical and related industries, has confirmed its support for the PHSS Annual Conference 2022.
The event is hosted in association with UCL Q3P.
Cherwell will be offering practical advice and demonstrating its broad range of cleanroom microbiology products at the event on 15 September at the Radisson Hotel, London Heathrow.
The range of products that we will have to discuss at PHSS are vital to ensuring that our customers are ready to meet these new regulatory challenges at whatever level of testing they need
It will consider the impact of Covid, supply chain, knowledge/skills gap and need for more rigorous risk and hazard assessments.
As biological medicinal products with very specific and varied characteristics, ATMPs present their own challenges in aseptic processing and contamination control at many different scales of processing. Cherwell's agile-manufacturing approach, flexibility, and industry knowledge enables it to deliver the right products to help customers reduce risk throughout the manufacturing process, as they scale their ATMP manufacturing operation out of the lab and into the GMP environment.
Cherwell's Director of Sales, Emma Millburn, said: "With the extensive experience that Cherwell holds in environmental monitoring, we are keen to share our knowledge and expertise at PHSS. As the industry continues to change and evolve, with new regulations such as Annex 1, we have reflected this at Cherwell. The range of products that we will have to discuss at PHSS are vital to ensuring that our customers are ready to meet these new regulatory challenges at whatever level of testing they need. Environmental monitoring is our key focus at Cherwell, and we have our expertise ready to support our customers' focus on this too."
Members of the Cherwell team will be available on the Company's stand to offer expert advice and solutions in this novel area of ATMP manufacturing and also demonstrate their comprehensive range of cleanroom microbiology products.
