The accomplished construction executive has been chosen to support the Mid-Atlantic region from IPS' Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, office
IPS-Integrated Project Services, a provider of engineering, procurement, construction management, and validation (EPCMV) services, has announced the appointment of accomplished construction executive, Rob Ledder as Regional Construction Management Operations Director.
Ledder will support the Mid-Atlantic region from IPS' Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, office. Ledder has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, performing construction management services on a wide range of EPCM projects. He has a strong portfolio of projects primarily in the life sciences sector and brings experience managing industrial process and data centre projects. He is a proven leader who has gained clients' trust across the many projects he oversaw as the project executive and owner's representative.

In his position, Ledder becomes a key member of the regional leadership team and supports the regional business unit leaders in identifying the best resources for project success. He will oversee the activities of field operations personnel on all Mid-Atlantic-based projects.
In addition, Ledder will provide guidance to project delivery teams on the development of construction execution plans and works closely with the virtual design and construction (VDC), preconstruction, and estimating teams to develop project budgets and lean workflow production plans.
