Guylaine Guerette joins MicroCare

Her role will be to synchronise the marketing programmes across all four business units

MicroCare is pleased to announce that Guylaine Guerette has joined the MicroCare management team in the newly created position of Senior Marketing Manager.

Guerette has spent 18 years in marketing at Brady Corporation (Branford, CT). At that company, she managed multi-channel marketing programmes and led the deployment of sophisticated marketing campaigns for various Brady Workplace Safety sub-brands.

She led a team of 12 people to create marketing programs that drove customer engagement, revenue improvements and achieved acquisition and revenue goals. She was also deeply involved with new product launches, branding, digital marketing, and process improvements.

“Guylaine is a superb addition to MicroCare,” noted Tom Tattersall, MicroCare Chief Operating Officer. “She has deep, hands-on experience in crucial marketing skills and also a heads-up strategic perspective that is so rare but so essential to building sustainable, long-term marketing programmes.”

Heather Gombos, Vice President – Operations at MicroCare added. “Guylaine brings the benefit of ‘fresh eyes’ to the MicroCare marketing mix. Her ideas and guidance are going to help our customers better understand what MicroCare can do for them; how we save them money.”

Guerette will be responsible for synchronising the marketing programmes across all four business units.

“Initially, it’s going to be a real puzzle,” she said, “to learn about all the markets that MicroCare serves and to fully understand the complex products they make. I’m very much looking forward to the challenge.”
