The US Patent and Trademark Office has issued US Patent 10,533,758 to G-CON Manufacturing for "Modular Parts that Supply Utilities to Cleanroom, Isolation or Containment Cubicles, Pods, or Modules".
The patent concerns G-CON’s invention of a removable portable units for providing utilities to cleanrooms for manufacturing pharmaceuticals or products that require high levels of cleanliness during manufacture.
The issuance of this patent adds to G-CON’s patent estate for its novel turnkey approach of delivering prefabricated cleanrooms, called PODs. G-CON was founded on this proprietary platform, transforming the way that cleanrooms are designed and built.
G-CON’s POD allows for more predictable results for its clients in terms of costs, schedule and quality.
