Channel Micron Holdings Company, the Malaysia-based cleanroom equipment trading company, has successfully changed its name to CM Hi-Tech Cleanroom
The board of directors announced that following the passing of a special resolution at the EGM held in July 2023, the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name was issued by the Registrar of the Companies in the Cayman Islands on July 2023 certifying that the English name of the company has been changed from ‘‘Channel Micron Holdings Company Limited’’ to ‘‘CM Hi-Tech Cleanroom Limited’.’
The change of company name will not affect the rights of any shareholders or the company’s daily business operations and its financial position.
The English name of the company has been changed from ‘‘Channel Micron Holdings Company Limited’’ to ‘‘CM Hi-Tech Cleanroom Limited
All existing share certificates of the company bearing the existing names of the company will, after the change of company name becomes effective, continue to be valid evidence of title to the shares of the company and will continue to be valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes. As such, no arrangement will be made for the exchange of the existing share certificates of the company for the new share certificates bearing the company’s new name as a result of the change of company name.
Share certificates of the company which are issued on or after 18 September 2023 will bear the new English name and new dual foreign name in Chinese of the company.
