AM Technical Solutions has been awarded key project scope as semiconductor construction and commissioning specialists supporting a ground-breaking semiconductor project in India.
AM, alongside newly acquired Kyron will help mobilise the first semiconductor manufacturing facility in the country as part of a major initiative to support economic growth.
India has embarked on setting up the semiconductor industry as a critically important sector. It will be the company's first work project in India, with the support of the Kyron team.

The primary focus for the company will be to mobilise a highly experienced semiconductor construction and commissioning team from the AM/Kyron Ireland office.
"In this role, we will support both the semiconductor client and the construction company to coordinate efforts," the company stated.
The project scope is to provide discipline leads for the various elements of the facility construction in planning and supporting Mechanical, Electrical, and Process (MEP). The team will work with all stakeholders involved in the project to ensure proper execution of the project.
