Entaco, a diverse company based in the UK that supplies hardware and tools, handsewing needles and fishing systems, as well as medical products, has changed the name of its medical division to Redditch Medical.
Redditch Medical has more than 270 years of medical and pharmaceutical manufacturing experience and has invested in a 2000m2 building at NETPark, Sedgefield, Co Durham, which includes a new 100m2 Class 6 GMP Cleanroom together with a Class 5 GMP Laminar Flow (LF) facility for the assembly and contract packing of pharmaceutical products.
Customers will have a choice of manufacturing environments from the firm’s sterile ISO 14644 Class 7 manufacturing facility, to its GMP facility ISO Class 6 and ISO Class 5 LF.
The firm says its rigorous quality system will be evident throughout the company for all contract manufacturing work, small or large assembly and sterilisation management.
Next month Redditch Medical will launch the InSpec cleanroom contamination products, including IPA, DE, Sporicide and disinfection products, which can be tailored to customers’ requirements, together with complete technical file documentation.
