Stancold launches dedicated cleanroom division

Published: 1-Feb-2021

The launch further strengthens Stancold’s position as experts in the controlled environment marketplace

Following a successful five years’ operating in new and exciting industries, Stancold, a company historically known for its work within the food industry, has launched a formal separate division, dedicated to and specialising in cleanroom envelope construction, focusing on the pharmaceutical, technology and nuclear sectors.

Stancold’s innovative approach to problem-solving, strong technical pedigree and extensive list of successful projects for pharmaceutical, aerospace and laboratory applications, including ISO 5, CL3 and ATEX-rated, over the last half a decade, makes the development of their Clean Room Envelope Specialist Team a logical next step.

The launch comes in recognition of the complex technical challenges that cleanroom and high-end technology projects require, industry sectors where traditional composite panel products and installation techniques simply can’t offer the level of compliance demanded by ‘future-proof’ projects.

Andy Croxton, Stancold’s Managing Director, comments “Our track record of delivering increasingly challenging projects to clients nationwide has clearly demonstrated our capabilities in this field and this move distinguishes our expertise underscoring our understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptionally demanding composite panel projects in world-class facilities.

As industries become more progressive and technology becomes more advanced, it’s important that our brand reflects this team’s values and unrivalled technical flair.”

An ISO 9001 accredited business, Stancold and its Clean Room Envelope Specialist Team, have developed and executed a meticulous understanding of panel systems for both high-end and low-end cleanroom specifications, as well as seamlessly combining other elements of control including fire-rated and temperature-controlled competencies. The business remains an independent contractor, demonstrating impartiality in their knowledge and installation experience so that clients’ budgets and project specification are at the forefront.

Stancold launches dedicated cleanroom division

Mark Kendrick, Stancold Senior Business Development Manager for the cleanroom team, says, “We’re delighted that the success of the projects already under our belt, coupled with increasing demand, has led to this important development in Stancold’s history.

“It’s an exciting time to be launching the brand and there’s already been lots of interest from existing clients who can see the potential we have with greater understanding and experience from a specialist cleanroom division.”

Stancold’s Clean Room Envelope Specialist Team will continue to use their expertise to advise and recommend the most suitable panel systems based on the individual project specification and remain an integral voice within clients’ design teams.

The cleanroom division retains the support and knowledge of the established Stancold brand and will maintain the high standard of existing processes such as dedicated project management, detailed designs for construction and talented installer teams.
