Kemtile, a division of Stonhard, has today announced that it has appointed Jamie Eydman to manage health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) standards.
Jamie E brings over eight years of experience and has managed health and safety across diverse sectors such as manufacturing, construction, retail, healthcare, and food and beverage, consistently ensuring compliance and upholding high standards.
Commenting on the appointment, Jamie Cook, Director of Kemtile, said: “By prioritising a standardised approach to all activities, we can ensure high standards across all projects, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.
“Jamie’s proven experience across different industries will help us manage overall health and safety, ensuring the environmental impact is considered throughout our operations. We are delighted to welcome Jamie on board.”
Speaking about her appointment, Jamie E commented: “I am thrilled to be joining Kemtile and help develop the HSEQ management systems to ensure we meet the required standards as safely as possible.
“I will be managing the overall health and safety of Kemtile. As part of my role, I will consider the environmental impact of all that we do. All completed works will be carried out to a high standard, ensuring that quality is maintained across all areas. I am keen to help create the HSEQ management system, making sure it is user-friendly for both management and site operatives, while still ensuring compliance.”
Jamie E holds an MSc in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment and has completed several industry-specific courses which include NEBOSH Fire Safety and Risk Management and NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction. Additionally, she is an active member of both IOSH (Certified) and IEMA (Associate Member) professional bodies.
Kemtile is a member of various industry bodies and trade associations and adheres to the relevant health and safety standards (e.g., ISO 45001), quality requirements, and accreditation schemes.
