Cherwell Laboratories, specialist supplier of environmental monitoring (EM) and process validation solutions for the pharmaceutical and related industries, has launched a new online video training library sharing educational content for individuals in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Cherwell’s Delivering Knowledge platform offers best practice information delivered by experts in monitoring of controlled environments, aseptic processes and sterility.
The new educational video hub has been developed by Cherwell as a conduit for vital knowledge transfer and therefore a useful learning aid. Each subject focus is delivered by an expert in that area, offering consistent, accurate and compliant answers. Delivering Knowledge encourages users to browse and learn from its video library offering insightful discussions with professionals such as pharmacists, quality managers and microbiology specialists.
To ensure access to the highest level of training and most up to date research available, Cherwell’s new learning platform will be continuously developed and added to. The latest videos available to view on the Delivering Knowledge hub include discussions on: environmental monitoring and microorganism morphology; the future of pharmaceutical environmental monitoring; and use of needle free infusion bags for cytotoxics at Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust.
Emma Millburn explained Cherwell’s aim for the new Delivering Knowledge platform, “We realise that pharmaceutical and healthcare industries are becoming increasingly complex and regulated, so finding key information faster and more regularly to monitor best practice and changes in processes and procedures is fundamental. Our new platform is designed to engage and educate individuals within these sectors at the touch of a button, making such information easily accessible.”
Delivering Knowledge editors are keen to hear from and interview experts in their field, in order to share their knowledge with the Cherwell community and support the effective management of controlled environments and processes. The editors will work with them to create an informative video to showcase their expertise. In addition to being posted to the new video hub and social accounts, interviewees will also be able to share the resultant video with friends, family, colleagues and cleanroom microbiology community.
