Air Techniques International (ATI), a global expert in the design and manufacture of specialised testing equipment for HEPA filters and protective masks, has released its new photometer product.
The new product is called the iProbe Plus scanning probe.
The iProbe Plus is compatible with new or existing model 2i Aerosol Photometers (“plug and play”) and offers several new features and benefits over the current iProbe, making it the most advanced filter scanning probe available.
The iProbePlus has:
- On-board data storage that supports 21 CFR Part 11 compliance with password protection and encryption.
- Enhances data integrity and quality control, with filter scan reporting (in PDF and CSV formats) and traceability of every filter tested.
- Patented Upstream / Downstream / Clear valve controls from the probe increase user efficiency and safety.
- Saves time and is easier to use, with a large high-resolution touchscreen and easy data transfer via USB.
“We’re excited to bring these important advancements to filter leak scanning with the iProbe Plus. Our customers want data integrity and traceability to enhance quality control, and we delivered that in addition to new conveniences and time-saving benefits for users,” said Gautam Patel, Global Product Manager. “Best of all, the iProbe Plus is compatible with existing 2i aerosol photometers, making it a straightforward “plug-and-play” upgrade with minimal investment.”
