With a twenty-five-year career in the biopharma industry Mr. Thornton will extend his expert guidance in the realm of transformational global leadership and strategic vision and will advise the organisation in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, global expansion, new product development and overall decision making. Currently serving in his full-time capacity as President and CEO of VIO Biosciences, Mark has held technical as well as senior leadership positions at Avantor, VWR International and other industry specific organisations.
To the newly created position of Vice President of Operations, NewAge Industries, Inc. has welcomed Rick Chomik, MS. Rick brings his many years of expertise in engineering, operational orchestration and management to the senior leadership team. Professionally, Rick has held positions with the ALOE Group as COO, Stress Engineering Services, Church & Dwight, Playtex Family Products, Tupperware Brands Corp. and others in dual technical as well as leadership capacities.
