Lucky Deep Cleanroom has confirmed plans for a major expansion of its manufacturing footprint in India with the development of what it describes as a large-scale modular cleanroom factory.

The India-based company provides cleanroom engineering solutions spanning modular wall and ceiling systems, as well as HVAC-integrated controlled environment projects used across pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, electronics, and advanced manufacturing sectors.

The development will be built across a 14.5-acre site, with the first phase comprising a 200,000 sqft manufacturing facility located on 7 acres of the land parcel.

The facility will produce modular cleanroom panel systems used in the construction of controlled environments across regulated industries, including pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturing.

According to the announcement, the factory will focus on prefabricated wall and ceiling panel systems designed for off-site manufacturing and on-site assembly, supporting the creation of sealed cleanroom environments.

Prefabricated systems are increasingly used in cleanroom construction to reduce installation times compared with traditional site-built approaches.
