CWS Cleanrooms has recently moved its cleanroom to a new location in Dreieich, Germany.
The Germany-based company is a provider of contamination-control solutions, such as textile management, cleanroom cleaning, on-site support, consumables, and staff training.
Dreieich is also home to a hub for the company’s training operations. The Cleanroom Academy campus was created there in 2023.
Training participants at the Academy work together with trainers on correct behaviour for airlocking, gowning, as well as cleaning and disinfection under practical conditions.

Lindner Group’s Cleanroom Business Unit played a key role in facilitating the move, as a collaborator with CWS on the refurbishment.
Lindner is a German construction and manufacturing specialist, with particular expertise in cleanroom design and build.
Between the two companies, the refurbishment of the new cleanroom took over two weeks.
CWS explained that the new cleanroom had been designed with some improvements over the last.
The personnel airlock concept has been improved and optimised for increased training capacity.
In a similar vein, the more open layout enables live demonstrations without the ned for gowning. There is also an optional meeting room opposite the cleanroom with a direct view, as well a bright flooring for a welcoming atmosphere.
