AES Clean Technology, the cleanroom builder specialist based in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania, has been acquired by WFJS, a private investment group focused on controlling equity investments and long-term growth. The company is a family-run business also based in PA.[p>
Grant Merrill has been promoted to President and CEO of AES Clean Technology. Rob Satterfield will continue in his current role as Vice President of Engineering. All other aspects of internal operations will remain the same.
Commenting on the announcement, Grant said from the beginning, the WJFS team has been impressed with our employee culture, product innovation, and the strong customer relationships within the business.
"WJFS is distinctly positioned to help continue to invest in and grow AES, while at the same time providing continuity for AES’ employees and management," Merrill pointed out, adding that WJFS has made it clear that they plan for operations to continue as normal.
The investment company., Merrill said, will also seek to further strengthen the position of AES in the cleanroom market.
“AES will continue to provide best-in-class design, manufacture, and installation of cleanroom facilities for our clients," Merrill enthused and concluded: "We are excited about our future growth, and the opportunity to positively impact the industry.”
