The event, which has been held annually since 1966, brings together CEUG members from across the UK who work in controlled environment facilities, university departments, research institutes, companies who carry out research on plants and manufacturers of controlled environment cabinets to discuss current issues and shared experiences in running plant growth facilities.
This year’s theme is Linking Controlled Environments Across Scales (CE-to-glasshouse-to-field), and the event consists of an afternoon session of review and analysis of recent developments in this topic, a business/discussion meeting in the evening, where speakers invited by CEUG also participate, and a morning tour of Aberystwyth University’s facilities.
The company stated: "We are looking forward to attending the event in a months’ time to expand our knowledge and network with like-minded individuals who we can work with to hopefully create some positive ideas and developments for the Plant Growth industry."
