SafeBridge to merge with Trinity Consultants
Trinity Consultants plans to provide the resources to expand SafeBridge
SafeBridge Consultants has agreed to merge with Trinity Consultants, of Dallas, Texas. Trinity is an international environmental consultancy that specialises in air quality issues.
SafeBridge, which is based in California, is a leader in the toxicology and industrial hygiene sector supporting the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and fine chemicals industries globally. It also has offices in New York and in Liverpool, UK and will continue to be led by president and CEO John Farris and operate under the SafeBridge name.
Farris said SafeBridge’s back office functions would be streamlined under Trinity, which also plans to expand the company and provide the resources to do so.
‘The way we work with clients will not change. You will continue to work with the same professionals that you have always worked with,’ he said.
‘Our commitment to doing ‘whatever it takes’ to support our clients in their missions will not change. In fact, this merger will allow us further to focus our efforts on your needs as we are freed up from administrative issues.’
Jay Hofmann, president/CEO of Trinity Consultants, said: ‘The acquisition of SafeBridge Consultants is an exciting milestone in the evolution of both firms.
‘We are pleased to join forces with a group of EH&S professionals whom, like Trinity, offer specialised expertise that is highly respected in the market.
‘We firmly believe that this alignment will create significant new opportunities for both Trinity and SafeBridge staff as we are able to offer expanded capabilities to clients of both organisations.’
