UK-based specialist laboratory autoclave manufacturer Priorclave has been awarded an export contract to deliver a number of its QCS150 front loading autoclaves to medical centres throughout Northeast Africa.
The contract, worth in excess of £560,000, will see Priorclave ship over a number of months, a large number of the vacuum versions of its QCS150 cylindrical chamber, laboratory autoclave. The vacuum model has been selected specifically to ensure complete and total air evacuation to suit the variety of applications for which it is intended such as sterilisation glassware, equipment and porous loads such as textiles and wrapped instruments.
The QCS range is one of Priorclave’s most popular ranges of research sterilisers and laboratory autoclave, often chosen due to competitive pricing, superb energy efficiency, low water consumption and dedicated pre-and after sales support. It also enables 20% more loading capacity than other sterilisers of the same capacity, which often can avoid the need to purchase larger, heavier and more costly rectangular sterilisers.
Priorclave currently manufactures the QCS front loading autoclave in three standard chamber sizes of 100, 150 and 200 litres with a choice of vacuum and non-vacuum. There is also a wide range of optional accessories that ensure this specialist manufacture is able to tailor each build to suit individual requirements.
