"We’ve seen a lot of change in the cleanroom industry over the past decade with new entrants into the market and acquisitions; there are many new teams selling cleanroom services. Many employees here have an average tenure of over 10 years, with some surpassing two decades!
"That kind of loyalty shows how deeply they care about the work and the outcomes they achieve for clients. It’s not just about checking a box and completing projects; it’s about exceeding expectations, with a focus on win-win-win outcomes for the client, partners, and company.
Precision Environments is also gearing up for an exciting phase of growth, continuing to deliver the trusted solutions we’ve designed and built for over 30 years while introducing cutting-edge innovations. Big things are on the horizon, and I can’t wait to be part of it."
