Lounges 2012 broadens conference focus
Will include topics for the solar/photovoltaic and microelectronic sectors
Lounges 2012, a German event that includes concurrent conferences covering a range of cleanroom topics and associated exhibitions, has broadened its remit from the 2011 event to include developments in cleanroom suitable materials and clinical cleanroom technology for the microelectronics, semiconductors and solar/photovoltaic industries.
The pre-registered trade visitor to Lounges 2012 will get free access to these extended conference topics.
At Lounges 2011, more than 6,500 trade visitors took advantage of the 200 lectures, 20 live stages and made contact with more than 210 exhibitors.
In the last few years the solar and photovoltaic industry has played a leading role in the energy market, with product security and safe handling the basics of the production process. News of developments for this sector will be included as topics for Lounges 2012.
The production of microsystems, nanotechnology, electronics, wafers and sensors plus related cleanroom technology, ESD and energy efficiency will be also presented during the conference.
While Lounges 2012 focuses on the technologies of the production process, the central theme of the parallel event, Vision Pharma, is the production process when manufacturing pharmaceutical and biotechnological products. The objective here is to cover all topics concerning the manufacturing process. It will take four main themes: manufacturing, packaging, quality and GXP compliance.
All pre-registered trade visitors are free to visit both shows and conferences with one entry ticket.
