The acquisition broadens Caverion's knowledge in measurement, validation and aftermarket for demanding customers with advanced cleanrooms where Caverion already has deep expertise. Caverion's extensive resources and developed ISO processes further strengthen the delivery. Both companies' customers benefit from the development.
Additional competence in cleanroom solutions is added to Caverion's Cleanroom business, while the number of specialists increases our ability, above all in Central Sweden, to support old and new customers.
"For us at CRC, this will be a natural step forward and an exciting development. Our knowledge will enrich Caverion's established range. Together we will be much stronger. Our customers will continue to receive professional deliveries and our employees will have a stable, developing business," said Nils-Johan Björklund , CEO of CRC Clean Room Control.
For a long time, Caverion has had a broad offer in both the construction of clean rooms, measuring operations and aftermarket, where for many customers it is crucial to have a competent partner.
"The acquisition strengthens our investment in smart, sustainable, digital services where excellence is crucial. We see great opportunities to scale up the experience CRC has built up over many years. The synergies with our existing measurement operations create redundancy in an increasingly demanding area where the right supervision is decisive. The acquisition thus further strengthens our investment in the pharmaceutical industry," says Uno Lundberg , CEO of Caverion Sweden AB.
