Connect 2 Cleanrooms (C2C), a specialist in the design, build, and maintenance of cleanroom environments, has launched a predesigned cleanroom range.
The hardwall and softwall range was developed in response to over 20 years of client feedback and project experience, Graham Crook, Operations Director, exclusively told Cleanroom Technology.
Cook explained to Cleanroom Technology that based on this, one of the main aims of the new range is to be fast, scalable, and cost-effective.
With over 20 years of industry experience, C2C has also developed the predesigned cleanroom range to simplify the cleanroom acquisition process.

The new range offers ISO 14644-1 Class 7 compliance in a selection of popular sizes and configurations, enabling businesses to respond swiftly to production demands, regulatory changes, and new opportunities.

The predesigned cleanroom range has been tailored to support sector-specific requirements, making it suitable for applications in life sciences and laboratories, pharmaceutical and packaging operations, manufacturing and injection moulding, electronics and clean assembly, as well as educational institutions.

Constructed using robust steel frames and high-integrity components, the cleanrooms are designed for long-term value and reliability. The hardwall models feature integrated change areas to support gowning protocols, while softwall models can be fitted with castors, offering mobility for flexible use across facilities.
Key features of the predesigned cleanroom range include standardised sizes, HEPA filtration achieving an ISO 14644-1 Class 7 environment, and options for either self-assembly or professional installation.
Clients can select between hardwall or softwall construction, with integrated change areas available on hardwall models and mobility options for softwall units.
This product launch marks a strategic addition to Connect 2 Cleanrooms’ portfolio, combining the quality and performance of a bespoke cleanroom with the speed and practicality of an off-the-shelf solution.
