Ardmac has been awarded the contract to commercially fit out a major extension to the Dublin headquarters of DCC, an international sales, marketing and support services group.
The 700m² extension to DCC's Head Office, based at Leopardstown on Dublin’s south side, will include the conversion of the existing transport centre garage into new office space, along with the provision of a new first floor extension, complete with a glazed corridor at roof level linking DCC plc’s current first floor offices to the new extension. The project will be completed in a live environment, with handover expected to take place in July 2019.
Sarah McDonnell, Head of Interiors at Ardmac, said; "2019 has been a busy start for our interiors business; we are proud to be working with DCC plc and DMOD Architects on this project and look forward to creating a positive workspace for all the team."
Gerard Whyte, Company Secretary, DCC, said; “Our business is built on trust and we are delighted to have Ardmac on board to partner on this project at our Dublin headquarters. With their focus aligned to our own values of safety and quality, we look forward the transformation of the offices over the coming months."
The fit out project is the latest in a series of Dublin based contract award wins announced by Ardmac, the Irish owned specialist construction company.
