Full time position
Monday- Thursday 8.30am- 5pm
Friday 8.30am-2.30pm (Working outside of these hours may be required and national/international travel)
Holidays – 25 plus usual statutory bank holidays
Salary – negotiable.
This position may be expected to travel inside and outside of the UK.

Key Responsibilities
Driving sales and revenue, whilst maintaining retention of our existing customers.
Managing and liaising with all current Healthcare accounts.
Developing relationships and networking with current and potential customers/distributors.
Actively seek networking opportunities to build relationship with potential customers.
Seek out new product opportunities and current/new product development and have a keen interest in developing products/range for sterile disinfection sector.
Attend and/or exhibit at relevant business specific exhibitions.
Keep abreast of new legislation and trends that relate to the Healthcarerange.
Constantly improve and develop AGMA’s range of marketing materials.
Write detailed reports and provide management with feedback.
Deal quickly and efficiently with Healthcare Sector Complaints.
Generate general and bespoke quotes for customers and product lines.
Work with and plan production workloads in conjunction with operations (including attending planning meetings)
Organise and attend/complete internal and external audits.
Review order patterns and analyse them for potential and future problems/business opportunities.
Maintain pricing structure with a view to improving margin generation.
This position may be expected to travel inside and outside of the UK.
Requirements
Minimum of 2.2 in Chemistry or a relevant subject, or demonstrable experience working within the sector and with the products marketed and produced by the company.
Experience in business sales and customer service (desirable).
High standard of written and verbal communication.
Excellent telephone manner.
Full Clean UK driving licence (preferable).
Driven, determined and competitive.
Smart and well presented.
Able to work off own initiative.
