Total Clean Air (TCA), a cleanroom build expert and cleanroom containment specialist, has launched its new portable cleanroom offering, the Airelab.
The company tells Cleanroom Technology that the new addition to the company's portfolio adds to the market of rapidly deployable cleanrooms.
The idea behind this new development is to offer a fast, efficient, and reliable solution for projects requiring immediate cleanroom environments.
Unlike traditional cleanrooms and other inflatable cleanrooms, the Airelab has a unique design that holds its structure upon inflation without the need for a skeleton frame, continuous pump, or any other support mechanisms. Airelab can be configured for Vertical or Horizontal HEPA FFU mounts.
"Simply inflate once, and the cleanroom is ready for use," the company states.
This significantly reduces setup time and complexity, making it a good choice for urgent requirements.
Key Features of the Airelab:
- Rapid deployment: The Airelab can be delivered anywhere in the UK within 24 hours and across Europe within 48 hours.
- ISO Class compliance: Designed to meet ISO Class 6, 7, and 8 standards, ensuring a controlled and contaminant-free environment.
- Advanced filtration: Equipped with the TCA Pulse 1000, providing superior air quality, filtration efficiency and designed to be whisper quiet.
- Cost effective: With prices starting from just £4995 or £495 per month with our Approved to Grow scheme Airelab is the most cost effective cleanroom on the market.
“We are thrilled to bring the Airelab to market,” said Nick Ridgment, Sales Director of Total Clean Air. “Our goal has always been to push the boundaries of cleanroom technology and provide our clients with the most efficient and innovative solutions. The Airelab exemplifies our commitment to innovation and our focus on meeting the evolving needs of our customers.”
Ecologi partnership
TCA has also announced a partnership with Ecologi in recent weeks.
Ecologi works with SMEs to start their own climate action journey. The company gives the SMEs the right tools, information and advice for each stage of net zero.
The climate-aid-focused company provides tools to help calculate carbon footprint as well as tools to help reduce it.
Together with the partnership, the two have planted 1,115 trees, as well as avoided 61.26 CO2e.
"At Total Clean Air, we believe in making a positive impact beyond cleanroom solutions," the company stated in a LinkedIn post. "Our dedication to the environment is reflected in every project we undertake."
