Microgenetics is in the process of closing down and is no longer taking on any new customers.
The wider Pharmaxo Group as the parent company, including its core businesses Bath ASU, Pharmaxo Healthcare and Pharmaxo Scientific, are unaffected by this change and will continue business operations as normal.
A spokesperson from Pharmaxo explained that those impacted have been communicated with directly and that the website has now also been updated with a short statement.
