Validair Monitoring Solutions (VMSL) has announced the introduction of a brand-new Android smartphone app for users of VMS systems. The new app incorporates the ViGIE software that offers comprehensive remote functionality as well as live monitoring of sensors.
The new app allows Validair customers who use ViGIE with the company’s VMS systems to check the status of equipment and facilities remotely, receive audio and visual alert notifications on the go incases of alarm occurrence, and acknowledge those alarms directly in the app.
The VMS System provides assured monitoring and control by automatically gathering sensor data and generating alerts and reports on the performance of equipment and facilities. It is available as a fully managed Cloud service and can include multiple sites and departments. The new app interfaces to the system to add invaluable on-the-go functionality including remote visibility and control
