VWR International acquires International PBI
US-based VWR strengthens its position in Italy
VWR International, a global leader in distributing laboratory supplies and services, has acquired International PBI, based in Milan, Italy. Financial details of the acquisition remain confidential.
International PBI is a leading supplier of laboratory equipment and products in Italy, with particular expertise in the microbiology field. The Company represents several well-known brands, in addition to its own product portfolio, and serves a range of markets, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, biotechnology and clinical.
