Setting up protocol for the specification and use of a proper gowning system is one of most important things a cleanroom operation can do to cut down on contaminants.

Delegates will receive and review the Recommended Practice IEST-RP-CC0003.4: Garment System Considerations for Cleanrooms and other Controlled Environments, which identifies factors related to gowning systems and how they may influence cleanroom performance. Among the factors covered by instructor and IEST Fellow Jan Eudy, are: garment selection; construction; material characteristics; performance; laundering; maintenance; validation; and documentation.
