Kanomax has released two new Handheld Particle Counters: The Model 3888 (3-channel) and the Model 3889 (6-channel).
Kanomax says its particle counters have always been extremely reliable and accurate, and many of the responsible components are included in the new models, however, it has also added plenty of new apparatus as well as a re-engineered and highly advanced user interface, which is supported by significant software upgrades.
The oversized, 4.3-inch full color touchscreen display makes taking and reading measurements very easy due to the large text and graphics. The advanced Graphic User Interface makes navigating the instrument and management of the measurement data easier. There is a 10,000-measurement storage capacity, the measurements are translated into .CSV files onboard the instrument, and then the data can be transferred directly to a USB stick without the need for an adapter of any kind. Once the data is uploaded to a PC, the data is extremely easy to comprehend.
The device’s base/cradle includes Wi-Fi, Ethernet and RS485 capabilities
These new Handheld Particle Counters (Models 3888 & 3889) have the capability to be controlled and monitored remotely. Kanomax software lets the instruments to communicate with a PC for detailed, real-time data collection and even allows for simple, convenient 24/7 remote monitoring of an environment if necessary.
There are also more connectivity options than in previous models, as the device’s base/cradle includes Wi-Fi, Ethernet and RS485 capabilities. There are also several operating language options, including English, Japanese, Chinese and Spanish.
There is an optional, industrial strength, brightly colored, construction-site-ready Pelican carrying case available for worry-free traveling and storage.
