IS Med Specialties (ISM) offers cleanroom repackaging and small assemblies

Assembles customised parts without risk of adding particulate matter

IS Med Specialties (ISM), a supplier of disposable medical filtration products based in Englewood, Colorado, US, is now able to repackage medical component products in a Class 100,000 cleanroom.

The repackaging capability includes volume reduction from a large-quantity bag to smaller bags and multi-part kitting into a single bag.

‘As a service to our customers, ISM is set up to provide packaging and assemblies in relatively low volume levels which meets a significant need for many customers,’ said James Davis, CEO of IS Med Specialties.

In addition to repackaging, ISM provides custom medical assemblies which are performed inside the cleanroom. These include custom tubing cut to size, tubing to fitting connections and part-to-part assemblies.

ISM also offers customised design support using 3D CAD. Because the company is certified to the ISO 9001:2008 standard, all bespoke projects are governed by strict quality control processes.
