Enlarged group benefits from expanded client portfolio

Atlas Clean Air Limited, a UK supplier of isolators, microbiological safety cabinets, cleanrooms and enclosures, has acquired Clean Modules Limited, based in Castle Donington, Derby.

Both businesses are established leaders in cleanroom technologies with wide experience in designing and building projects for the NHS, research institutions and the pharmaceutical industry.

Atlas Clean Air said the acquisition continued its business development programme and the enlarged group would benefit from an expanded client portfolio, the retention of a sound financial base for further growth and the integration of additional management expertise.

All Clean Modules employees will be retained and the company will trade from its existing premises.

“This acquisition is about our growth strategy and continuing support for the well-established and loyal client base at Clean Modules,” said Atlas Clean Air.

Clean Modules, founded in 1995, has completed more than 250 cleanroom and laboratory projects for 150 customers in a variety of market segments and geographical areas.
