About us

CDC Facilities Management Ltd (CDCfm) was formed as a direct result of 15 years continued success by its founding company. This has enabled CDCfm engineers to gain unique experience installing and maintaining cleanrooms and close control environments within a wide range of demanding market sectors.

The individual requirements of each client, led to the evolution of a “Total Maintenance Solution” model. To facilitate this model, CDCfm has partnered specialist companies based within CDC House, enabling ourselves and therefore our clients to have direct access to specialists in Cleanrooms, Close Controls, Building Energy Management Systems and heating, ventilation and air conditioning installation, both Mechanical & Electrical.

Further to client requests, as part our Planned Preventative Maintenance works, we provide and evidence documentation showing regulatory compliance, asset tags and registers with equipment positions identified. In addition we provide condition and dilapidation reports and liaise with our clients to ensure that they are aware of the full lifecycle of their equipment, to assist in planning future capital expenditure.
