Telstar of Terrassa, Spain, has developed the Telstar Aeolus H horizontal laminar flow cabinet with a larger work chamber, which is suitable for the preparation and handling of non-pathogenic samples that require a sterile environment.
The large working space allows users to work in comfort and the display is slightly inclined for greater visibility and accessibility, with a screen that offers intuitive and practical colour coding to show the cabinet status immediately. Another notable feature is the low sound level.
Access to all the cabinet components is through the front to reduce servicing time and minimise interruption.
The Telstar Aeolus H provides product protection in an ISO 4 sterile environment. It is particularly suitable for handling non-pathogenic samples in applications relating to hospital protocols and clinical pharmacy, in vitro fertilisation, food quality control and microbiology, in vitro cultivation of plant and animal cells, microbiology and cleanrooms for electronics, micromechanics and optics.
The horizontal laminar flow system enables operation in sterile and particle-free conditions based on the principle of continuous sweeping of the work area, thus guaranteeing total product protection.
